Videography

This is a collection of the various works I have been a part of or created from my personal YouTube featuring works that I have written and directed myself. I also worked on lighting, editing and set design in each of the works on my YouTube channel. I have some experience with acting in as well which has helped improve my understanding of how to direct and work with actors on set.

other video work

Alongside my film YouTube channel, I also have experience running a YouTube channel with a decent following. I create fun videos discussing my thoughts and opinions on the Kpop music genre, many of the videos have achieved some high views and lots of engagement. Although this is just a hobby and not a professional endeavour.

working with clients

I briefly worked for car company Emerald House Of Cars to edit short videos documenting types of cars. Although the work was simple, I had many edits to create by a deadline and was able to do so efficiently and as required by the company. I stopped working for them however as they decided to stop making the content for the YouTube channel. This job improved my skills when working with clients and also having extra responsibilities such as uploading the cars onto a secondary website for advertisements. I worked well and always did what was asked of me. It taught me strong time management skills due to the fast turn around of the videos.

other moving image work

Cinetract

During My first year at university we explored the art of a contract and creating a meaningful piece without removing the original audio. I decided to try and reflect the feeling of isolation during the covid lockdown.

The ghost

This is a short clip that I used in my final piece for my third year graduation project. It goes alongside a digital collage piece and acts as an extension of that work. I layered the clip three times with some clips slowed to create the eerie imagery.

Visual Haiku

Another experiment done during my first year at university. Using visuals we had to create a haiku with just three different shots. This enabled us to focus on how to make the visual imagery more meaningful and forces you to think about the importance of individual shots.
